Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping

We ship our ceramics with Royal Mail and the postage fee is determined by weight of the order. We currently ship to Great Britain and just recently the USA but in future, hope to ship world wide, one continent at a time. 

Please Note: We drop our postal deliveries off to the sorting office every day of the week.

Postage in UK:

2nd class - Standard Parcel                 £5.50

2nd class - Large Parcel                       £11.00

48 hour Track and Trace - Standard     £6.95

48 hour Track and Trace - Large           £12.50

 Postage to USA:

Can range from £29.00 to £40.00 and is calculated based on weight.

Wee note: It is more cost efficient to send 8 mugs as two individual packages of 4 mugs.

 

Collection Service

Our collection service has resumed due to allowance by the Scottish Covid-19 guidance

You will be able to collect from our base free of charge.

Returns

We do not accept returns but will be happy for exchanges. Please note: It is up to the customer to pay for exchange shipping costs.

Refunds

Postage through royal mail is not always a smooth ride and there have been sitations where our ceramics have arrived broken. Please do not hesitate to contact us with photos if this is the case. We are happy to discuss options of refunds or sending a replacement out (if in stock).
